Processing & Shipping Policy

 

TURN AROUND TIME

  • All of our branded items are made to order as soon as your order is placed. We are not Amazon, good things take time. We do this to minimize waste and overproduction.
  • Please expect a turnaround time of at least 5-7 business days to process your order. However, on occasion, additional time may be needed though this is not common. If this timeframe changes, it will be listed on our homepage banner. 
  • In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.
  • This turnaround timeframe includes the time to make your order and have it leave our studio. This does not include the carrier's timeframe of how long it takes for package to be delivered. 
  • We currently do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on those days, your processing time will start the next business day which is Monday-Friday
  • Please note - during high peak holiday times, we ask that you allow extra processing time. 

LOST/STOLEN

  • All orders are shipped using a tracking number that you received via email. Tracking numbers may take time to be scanned or updated by our carriers. (Especially during peak & holiday timeframes)

Thread House offers Route package protection to all of our customers at checkout for a small fee.

  •    Once an order leaves our studio, we lose control over its whereabouts and the time it takes to be delivered. All timeframes given by our carriers are standard timeframes and cannot be guaranteed. This is not a reflection on Thread House's dedication to our customers. 

*If Route Package Protection was not purchased with your order, Thread House cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, lost, stolen, mis-delivered or damaged packages that have been marked delivered by USPS/UPS, or service interruptions.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We start production on your order as soon as it is placed, so unfortunately, we cannot cancel or edit your order. Please double check shipping information and product sizing is correct before checkout.
